The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered chief secretaries of Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi to remain present in the court through videoconferencing at the next hearing. Appearing for the minor petitioner, senior advocate Vikas Singh said stubble burning has begun ahead of the season and urgent steps are required to prevent Delhi from being converted into a gas chamber.
