Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that finally Anshu Prakas (IAS:1986:UT) is being appointed as new Chief Secretary, Govt of Delhi. He will replace M M Kutty (IAS:1985:UT) who was on Tuesday appointed Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs in Govt of India. He served in the Govt of India as Additional Secretary & Financial Adviser, Department of Rural Development. The NaMo administration has pre-maturely repatriated him to cadre state and notification of his appointed as Delhi CS may be issued by evening today.
