(IPS:1984:UP) as DG, CRPF for a period ending 28.02.2021 i.e. till his retirement. He replaces R R Bhatnagar who retired on 31.12.2019. Presently, Dr Maheshwari is working as Special Secretary,
Ministry of Home Affairs.

As Indianmandarins had reported first on December 19, 2019 (CLICK TO READ) the NaMo administration on Monday appointed Dr A P Maheshwari (IPS:1984:UP) as DG, CRPF for a period ending 28.02.2021 i.e. till his retirement. He replaces R R Bhatnagar who retired on 31.12.2019.
Presently, Dr Maheshwari is working as Special Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs.
