New Delhi (11.10.2025): The public-sector head-hunter (PESB) on Saturday recommended the name of Chaudhari Shivraj Singh for the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL), a Schedule “B” CPSE under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India.Altogether 11 candidates appeared before the selection board (PESB) for the interview. Subject to requisite clearances and ACC approval, Singh will be appointed as CMD, CMPDIL. Currently, he is serving as General Manager (M), Coal India Limited.
