New Raipur (29.08.2008): The Chhattisgarh government has enacted a reshuffle of around a dozen IAS officers with immediate effect. They are:

• Shahla Nigar (IAS: 2001: CG) has been appointed Secretary Panchayat and Rural Development Department.
• Prasanna R (IAS: 2004: CG) has been given additional charge of Secretary Public Health and Family Planning and Health Education Department besides his current responsibilities.
• C R Prasanna (IAS: 2006: CG) has been appointed as Secretary Skill Development Department with additional charge of Commissioner, Health Services.
• Bhuvnesh Yadav (IAS: 2006: CG) has been given the additional responsibility of Secretary, Woman and Child Development Department and Commissioner, Department of Disabled.
• Reena Babasaheb Kangle (IAS: 2003: CG) has been relieved from the charges of Commissioner, Department of Disabled.
• Bhim Singh (IAS: 2008: CG) has been appointed as Director, Health Services and Commissioner, Trade Tax.
• Kiran Kaushal (IAS: 2009: CG) has been appointed CEO, New Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority.
• Sanjay Agrawal (IAS: 2012: CG) has been given additional charge of Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural).
• Satyanarayan Rathor (IAS: 2008: CG) has been relieved from the additional charge of Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission (Rural).
• Santan Devi Jangde (IAS: 2016: CG) has been appointed as Additional Collector, Raigarh.
• Sukhnath Ahirwar (IAS: 2016: CG) has been appointed as Additional Collector, Kanker.
• Bhagwan Singh Uike (IAS: 2016: CG) has been appointed as Additional Collector, Korea.
