New Delhi (01.02.2023): Following the retirement of Sungita Sharma, Member (Admin & Vigilance) on 31.01.2023, Alok Shukla has been given the additional charge of Member (A&V). Currently, Shukla is working as Member (IT) in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs.
Reportedly, this ad-hoc arrangement is going to stay for a few months as the Ministry of Finance may take time to get the next member.
