New Delhi (02.09.2025): The competent authority has appointed four Administrative and five Judicial members in Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for a period of four years or till attaining the age of 67. The names of these new appointees are as follows:
Administrative Members
- Braj Mohan Agrawal (IRSME:1986), Member (Traction & Rolling Stock), Railway Board. He has been is advised to join CAT, Ernakulam Bench.
- Manju Pandey (IPoS: 1989), Former Director General Postal Services, Department of Posts. She has been advised to join CAT, Allahabad Bench.
- Sanjiv Kumar (IAS: 1992: AGMUT), Former Addl. Chief Secretary-cum-Commissioner (F&S) and Chairman, DPCC, GNCTD. He has been advised to join CAT, Guwahati Bench.
- Vijoy Kumar Singh (IAS: 1990: PB), Former Special Chief Secretary, Govt. of Punjab. He has been advised to join CAT, Srinagar Bench.
Judicial Members
- Justice Biren A Vaishnav, Former Judge, High Court of Gujarat. Justice Vaishnav has been advised to join CAT, Hyderabad Bench.
- Diwakar Singh, ILS, Former Additional Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, Government of India. He has been advised to join CAT, Kolkata Bench.
- Justice Narendra Kumar Johari, Former Judge, High Court of Allahabad. Justice Johari has been advised to join CAT, Patna Bench.
- Justice Navneet Kumar, Former Judge, Jharkhand High Court. Justice Kumar has been advised to join CAT, Guwahati Bench.
- Justice Ritu Tagore, Former Judge, High Court of Punjab and Haryana. As the post of Judicial Member, CAT, Srinagar Bench will arise on 30.10.2025 on completion of tenure of D S Mehra, Judicial Member, Justice Ritu Tagore is advised to join CAT, Srinagar Bench within 30 days w.e.f. 01.11.2025.
