E L S N Bala Prasad (IAS:1986:BH) was on 17th October was relieved by the Govt of Bihar to join as OSD, Rashtrapati Bhavan. It expected that he will soon take charge of his new assignment at President House. Bala served in Govt of Bihar Commissioner, Departmental Inquiry, and General Admiistration Department (GAD).
He was Principal Secretary to Ram Nath Kovind, the then Bihar Governor from January 25, 2016, to August 1, 2017.
