- Arindam Chaudhary (IAS: 2014: HP) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Steel for a period of four years.
- Neha Giri (IAS: 2010: RJ) has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Minority Affairs for a period of five years.
- Farah Zachariah (IRS C&IT: 2015) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region for a period of four years.

- Abhas Katra Singh (IPoS: 2012), Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister for Information & Broadcasting, Railways and Electronics & Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Anu Kukreja (ICoAS: 2009), Director, Ministry of Home Affairs, has been prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Tenure of Ram Dayal Meena (IOFS: 2004), Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 30.08.2026 and up to 30.08.2028.
- Tenure of Rasaal Dwivedi (IRS C&CE:2011) as Private Secretary to the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has been extended for a period of six months i.e. up to 15.09.2026
- Extension of additional charge of the post of Chairperson, National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), has been accorded ex-post facto to Debashree Mukherjee (IAS: 1991: AGMUT), Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship for a further period of six months w.e.f. 01.03.2026, or till the appointment of a regular incumbent.
- Dr Pramod Kumar Meherda (IAS:1997: OD), Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has been accorded ex-post facto extension of additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), National Rainfed Area Authority (NRM) for a further period of six months with effect from 15.01.2026.
- Central deputation tenure of Bhaskar Verma (ICAS: 1995), Member Secretary, National Monuments Authority (NMA), Ministry of Culture, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 31.05.2026.
- Tenure of Rajesh Kumar (IPS: 1995: AGMUT), Additional Director General, Central Reserve Police Force, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 18.03.2026.
- Tenure of Saket Kumar Singh (IPS: 2002: JH), Inspector General, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), has been extended for a period of two years beyond 11.03.2026.
- Tenure of Abhishek Pathak (IPS: 2004: CH), IG, BSF, has been extended for a period of one year beyond 10.03.2026.
