NEW DELHI (08.06.2026): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Monday are as follows:-

Manish Singh (IPS: 2013: GJ), Director, BPR&D, has been appointed as Senior Superintendent of Police in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on lateral shift basis from the date of joining the post and up to 13.11.2030. He counts his central deputation tenure w.e.f. 14.11.2025.
Pallavi Jain Govil (IAS: 1994: MP), Secretary, Department of Youth Affairs, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Sports till 14.06.2026 during the period of absence on leave of Hari Ranjan Rao (IAS: 1994: MP).
Navneet Kumar (ICAS: 2014) has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at the level of Deputy Secretary to the Minister for Electronics & Information Technology, Railways and Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnaw in the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology for a period of four years.
Tenure of Hemant Kumar Patil (IOFS: 2002), Director in the Corporate Affairs, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 15.08. 2026 and up to 15.08.2028. He counts his central deputation w.e.f. 16.08.2021.
