- Suresh N Patel was appointed as Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) in the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). He was Commissioner in CVC.
- Former Intelligence Bureau (IB) chief Arvind Kumar (Retd IPS:1984:AM) and Praveen Kumar Srivastava (Retd IAS:1988:AM) were appointed to the post of Vigilance Commissioner in CVC.
- Shyam S Dubey (ICAS:1989) was prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on the grounds of availing the benefit of promotion in the cadre. He is Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor (JS&FA), Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs.
- Ms. Gauri Parasher Joshi (IAS:2009:OD), Deputy Director in the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, was prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre on personal grounds with the provision of "extended cooling off".
- Ms Neelam Sanghi (IRAS:1989) was prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre on the grounds of availing the benefit of promotion in the cadre. She is Additional CPFC (Hq) (JS level), Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) under the Ministry of Labour & Employment.
