- Post of Deputy Secretary in Central Vigilance Commission held by Madhu Sharma (lCAS: 2011) has been re-designated as Director in the same department for a period up to 24.01.2026 i.e. a total tenure of five years. Her central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 25.01.2021.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs held by Kapil Patidar (IES: 2011) has been re-designated as Director for a period up to 27.12.2025 i.e. a total tenure of five years. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 28.12.2020.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs held by Syed Zubair Husain Naqvi (IES: 2011) has been re-designated as Director for a period up to 01.04.2029 i.e. a total tenure of five years. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 02.04.2024.
- Post of Deputy Secretary in the Election Commission of India held by Krishna Kumar Tiwari (ISS: 2011) has been re-designated as Director, ECI for a period up to 30.09.2026 i.e. maximum admissible tenure of five years. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 01.10.2021.
- Roohi Khan (IAS: 2013: MP), Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has been prematurely repatriated to her parent cadre on personal grounds with the provision of "extended cooling off'.
- Chandrani Gupta (IES: 2007), CVO, The Braithwaite, Burn & Jessop Construction Company Ltd. (BBJ), Kolkata, has been entrusted with additional charge of CVO, Engineering Projects India Ltd. (EPIL), Delhi for a period of six months.
