The fast approaching date (Nov 30) of superannuation of N R Vasan, the outgoing DG of BPR&D, has made people in power corridors more curious as who would be next chief. When the selection of new chief is on its last legs the tie remains between A Radha Krishna Kini (IPS:1981:BH) and Sulkhan Singh (IPS:1980:UP).
If some top sources are to be believed A Radha Krishna Kini (IPS:1981:BH) has fair chances. Presently Sulkhan Singh is serving in the state as DG, Training whwreas Kini is serving with BPR&D as ADG. Both officers have almost two years remaining in their service.
