Executive Officer of Goa Investment Promotion Board (IPB). The post had fallen
vacant after Ashton Godinhao passed away in September 2017. Prior to the
appointment of Vishal Prakash, GSIDC MD Srinet Kothwle held the additional
charge of Goa IPB.
