Successive CS of Himachal suffers brain haemorrhage; a mere coincidence?

It is a mere coincidence that the successive Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh P Mitra (IAS:HP:1978) suffered brain haemorrhage on April 12. He has been undergoing treatment and underwent surgery in PGI Hospital at Chandigarh this Sunday.
On the other hand Sudripta Roy (IAS:HP:1978), the predecessor of incumbent CS, too had suffered brain haemorrhage in October 2013.
The timing of haemorrhage attacks coincide in both the cases as merely after one and a half year of their take over as CS both were hospitalized that too with the same kind of ailment.
