Gandhinagar (18.10.2023): Director General of Police (DGP) (Law and Order) Shamsher Singh (IPS: 1991: GJ) has been given charge of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Gujarat. The ACB has been without a permanent director after the retirement of DGP Keshav Kumar.Previously, Rajesh Brahmbhatt, who serves as the Additional Director General of Police in the State Intelligence Bureau held charge of this office. Subsequently, Anupam Singh Gehlot, who holds the position of Additional Director General of Police and Commissioner of Police in Vadodara, assumed the responsibility.
