Public Enterprises Selection Board today selected Pradipta Kumar Sarangi for the post of Director (Technology), MECON Limited; a post which is set fall vacant on 31 December 2016.
The incumbent Director S R Sengupta will retire on December 31 this year.
Sarangi, the selected candidate, currently serves with MECON as Executive Director.
If everything would go well with Sarangi he will succeed Sengupta on 01 January 2017 in MECON as Director (Technology). PESB interviewed 14 candidates for the post.
