Chetan Bhushan Sanghi (IAS:UT:1988), the incumbent Chief Secretary of Puducherry, may be given to succeed Jalaj Shrivastava (IAS:1984:UT) as the new Chairperson of NDMC. Srivastava will now move to Dept of Agriculture & Cooperation under central deputation.
In a previous order issued on 06 December Sanghi was appointed as JS, Woman & Child Development but further Rashmi Saxena Sahni (IRTS:1984) was given this post.
One can wait and watch if Sanghi would be placed as NDMC as Chief.
