They are; Alok Kumar (IAS:1988:UP), DC Handlooms (MSME); Sanjay Bhoosreddy (IAS:1989:UP), CVO, MMTC; Shashi Prakash Goyal (IAS:1989:UP), Jt Secretary, HRD; Prashant Trivedi (IAS:1989:UP), JS Food & Public Distribution; Aurag Srivastava (IAS:1992:UP), currently posted as JS, Min of AYUSH. As Indianmandarins had reported the matter of their repatriation was a bit complex as it could hamper their career prospects and further empanelment as Additional Secretary in Govt if India. Keeping in view the same the NaMo administration has waived off the condition of 'extended cooling off' in respect of these five officers as well in respect of Avinash K Awasthy (IAS:1987:UP) who has already joined Yogi Govt in the month of April.
