Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that N Sambashiva Rao (IPS:1984:AP) may shortly be appointed as new DGP of Andhra Pradesh. Currently he is serving as CMD, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu landed in Delhi early morning today after a week long tour to China. It is expected that the Govt will take decision on new DGP shortly.
It is reliably learnt that even if the outgoing DGP J V Ramudu has been camping here in Delhi lobbying for another extension but it seems unlikely.
