replaces Dinesh Kumar (IAS:1983:AP) retiring tomorrow. Immediately after returning
from a week-long trip to the US Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu appointed Punetha
who would hold the CS post for exactly eight months as he will be retiring on
May 31, 2019.
