Ashok Kumar Pavadia (IRTS:1980) has been appointed as Additional Secretary & Advisor, Inter-state Council Secretariat under the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. The government cancelled the appointment of B N Satpathy (IES:1980) who had replaced Vinod Agrawal (IAS:1980:JH) on October 20, 2014 as Advisor, ISCS. Further Satpathy's appointment was cancelled ans appointed Pavadia to this post under MHA. Currently Pavadia is serving as Joint Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises. Recently he had been empanelled to be posted to the rank of Additional Secretary.
