As Indianmandarins had reported early morning today Gopal Mukherjee (IRS IT:1980) and Ms. Nishi Singh (IRS IT:1979) have been appointed as Member CBDT. The appointment has been effected against two vacant posts vice Ms. Surabhi Sinha (Member, P&V) and S K Roy (Member, Revenue) who retired on April 30. Gopal Mukherjee is currently serving as Principal DG (IT) Vigilance (CVO of CBDT) whereas Ms. Singh is serving as Principal CCIT, Delhi Region.
