Suresh Prabhu's success with Twitter - using this social media as a grievance redress mechanism and earn popularity - has finally woken up the slumbering I&B Ministry. A top officer of the ministry recently requested the railway to share the modes and methods it's using on social media, following which a Railway officer sent a detailed note. Other ministries are also said to have asked Prabhu's officials to share the technique of exploiting Twitter as an effective PR tool.
