The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet cleared the empanelment of five officers belonging to Indian Forest Service to be posted to Joint Secretary rank posts in Govt of India. They are; Arijeet Banerjee (IFoS:1991:RJ); Noyal Thomas (IFoS:1991:KL); Ms Kanchan Devi (IFoS:1991:MP); Ashok Kumar (IFoS:1991:UP) and Rajbir Singh Panwar (IFoS:1991:GJ).
