In his first-ever stint in Govt of India (under central deputation), Dinesh Kumar (IAS:1996:RJ) has got the opportunity to serve as Joint Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare vice Sanjeev Chopra (IAS:WB:1985). Presently He is serving in the state as Sectary, Public Health Engineering Department, Govt of Rajasthan Dinesh Kumar, resident of Uttar Pradesh and B Tech in Civil Engineering, brings with him wide and varied experience in the fields of tourism, energy, finance, higher & technical education, urban development & public health.
