- Niraj Verma (IAS:1994: AM), Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs from 13.06.2026 to 19.06.2026 during the period of absence on leave of Nikunja Bihari Dhal (IAS: 1993 OR).
- Mrunmai Shashank Joshi (IAS: 2013: KL), Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs on 'lateral shift' basis for a tenure up to 21/03/2027.
- Tenure of Manoj C (IPS: 2011: AGMUT), Director, Election Commission of India, has been curtailed.
- Manoj Kumar (IRS IT: 1994), Additional Secretary, Department of Investment & Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance, has been repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds.
- Tenure of Chaudhari Uday Gaurishankar (IAS: 2010: MH), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, has been extended for a period of two years beyond 23.06.2026.
