- Ms Shweta Singhal (IAS:2009:MH) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances for a period of four years.
- Bhakti Prasad Sonowal (CWES:2008) was appointed as Regional Director (DS level) in the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) North Eastern Region (Guwahati) for a period of four years.
- Yuvraj Ravindra Patil (IRTS:2012) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the LOKPAL under the Department of Personnel & Training (DOPT) for a period of four years.
- Ashok Kumar Jayapal (IAS:2008:AGMUT) was appointed as Director in the Department of Personnel & Training for a period of five years.
- Pramod Kumar (IRS IT:2008) was appointed as Director in the Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare for a period of five years.
- Deepak Gupta (ED, Engineers India Limited) was appointed to the post of Director (Projects), GAIL (India) Limited for a period of five years or till the date of his superannuation.
- The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Mines was assigned to Pankaj Jain (IAS:1990:AM) from 12.02.2022 to 20.02.2022 during the period of absence on leave of Alok Tandon (IAS:19986:UP). Presently, Pankaj Jain is Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
- The post of Deputy Secretary, presently held by Aneish P Rajan (IRS (C&CE:2008), was re-designated as Director in the Ministry of Culture as a measure personal to him for a period up to 24.11.2026 i.e. total tenure of five years.
- Abhishek Kumar (IRS IT:2006), Director, National Health Authority (NHA), was prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre on personal grounds with extended cooling off.
- Dr. (Ms.) Shalia Shah (IFS:2012) was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Higher Education for a period of three years.
