A Anbarasu, 1996 batch IAS officer of UT cadre, is believed to be one of the strong contender for the position of Adviser to Executive Director, World Bank. He is PS to the MoS for PMO E Narayansami. The position is being filled up vice Anuradha Thakur who is getting back from World Bank this month.
