Subject to requisite clearances Soni may replace A M Marthe, the outgoing Director (Finance) retiring March next year.

They are; Niranjan Kumar Agarwal (GM, BCC); Sanjiv Soni (GM, WCL); Sidhartha Sarkar (GM, ECL); Nag Nath Thakur (GM, CMPDIL); MD Tashfeen (GM, BCCL); Bimal Kumar Jha (GM, WCL); Sanjay Kumar Singh (DGM, SAIL) and Inderjeet Malik (Assistant VP, Reliance Retail Limited).
