The incumbent Chief of Railways' finances Sanjoy Mukerjee (IRAS:1978) is set to mark his concluding day in service today. He had applied for VRS abruptly on June 24, 2016 which will be effective from tomorrow.
Mookerjee quits three months before he would attain superannuation age. After a successful stint as GM, NAIR, Vadodra, Mookerjee took over from Ms Rajlakshmi Ravi Kumar (IRAS:1977) on September 30, 2015 as new FCRB.
