M O Rego tipped for MD&CEO of Bank of India vice Ms VR Iyer

The grapevine has it that M O Rego (Dy MD, IDBI) may shortly be appointed as MD & CEO of Bank of India which has been running vacant since June 30. Reportedly, ACC may ratify his appointment as MD&CEO (BoI) anytime this month. Currently B P Sharma (ED) is officiating as the MD&CEO of the bank and will continue till the regular appointment of new MD&CEO.
Bank of India has been running vacant since May 31 this year after Ms V R Iyer's superannuation.
