Lala Ram Gugarwal (RAS) has been appointed as OSD to Minister of State for Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation ( Prof Sanwar Lal Jat) for a period of five years on co-terminus basis. Currently, he is working as Addl PS to MOS for Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation. Prior to present stint, he was working as CEO, Jila Parishad, Ajmer.
