Keshav Desiraju (IAS:1978:UD), who was removed from the post of Health secretary and transferred to the department of Consumer affairs by the UPA government, has been inducted in the Union Health minister J P Nadda's informal expert group aimed at speedy delivery of healthcare. The panel includes former health officials and ministers. Desiraju would be retiring this May. Others in the panel are former Delhi chief secretary Shailja Chandra , Ex Director General CSIR, N K Ganguly and former Health secretaries Naresh Dayal, Sujata Rao, P K Hota and Chandra Mouli.
