London-based International Council of Jurists (ICJ) has appealed to the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) to penalize China for the crime it has committed against humanity. ICJ’s accusation is based on the conspiracy theory that claims COVID-19 is nothing but Beijing’s conspiracy to make itself super-power. Adish C Agrawal, Chairman of ICJ, has said that China has committed a crime by concealing information about deadly COVID-19 and keeping the world exposed to its spread. The act of Beijing pushed the entire world into an unprecedented economic and employment crisis and over fifty thousand deaths amid millions of people infected with COVID-19 across the globe. ICJ has raised questions as to how come it became possible that COVID-19 did not spread from Wuhan to other provinces of China but spread to the entire world. He has appealed to the UNHRC to hold China, its army and Wuhan responsible for the global pandemic and compensate India and other countries for the sufferings caused by China.
