It is reliably learnt that Satish Kumar Bharadwaj may shortly be appointed as PS to Ram Niwas Goyal, Speaker of Delhi Assembly. Previously Bharadwaj has been with Delhi Vidhan Sabha as PS to the Speaker Yoganand Shastri.
