Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that the NaMo administration has recently created a new post of the rank of Additional Secretary in Ministry of Development of North East Region (DONER). Until now, DONER didn't have any sanctioned post of Additional Secretary. In addition to an AS&FA, it has only two Jt Secretaries. It may now expect to have an Additional Secretary soon.
