Pursuant to the recommendations of Collegium the Central government, on 08 November 2018, notified the transfers of six High Court judges. Out of the six, four judges were repatriated to their parent HCs as follows:

• Justice Pavan Kumar B Bajanthri was transferred to his parent High Court, Karnataka. He was in Punjab and Haryana High Court since March 2015.
• Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad was transfer to his parent High Court of Jharkhand. He has been serving in the Orissa HC since March 2015.
• Justice Satrughana Pujahari was repatriated to the Orissa HC. He was appointed Madras HC Judge in November 2017.
• Justice Nirmaljit Kaur was transferred back to the Punjab & Haryana High Court after serving as a judge of the Rajasthan High Court since 2012.
• Justice Raghvendra S Chauhan of the Karnataka High Court has been transferred to the High Court of Judicature for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad. Justice Chauhan was originally a judge of the Rajasthan High Court.
• Justice Rajiv Sharma was transferred from the Uttarakhand HC to the Punjab & Haryana HC.
