P Kumaran (IFS: 1992) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the State of Qatar. Presently he is serving as Joint secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs.
Kumaran will succeed Sanjiv Arora (IFS:1984) in the Indian Embassy of Qatar.
