Rumors of a probable reshuffle started doing the rounds following a series of reported meetings of BJP president Amit Shah with a host of cabinet ministers and party leaders from last Thursday. With PM Modi departing to China on Sunday and President Ram Nath Kovind returning to New Delhi on Saturday afternoon, the reshuffle may take place on August 3 morning.
