New Delhi (18.03.2024): Amid adversities the selection process, which had almost navigated its course for the two Board-level positions in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC Ltd), has been cancelled. It may be underlined that the three-member Selection Committee had held the interview for selection of Director (Infrastructure) and Director (Project) together weeks ago in which two candidates -- Atul Bhoosan Khare (IRSE) and Anurag (IRSE) -- were said to have been selected. Meanwhile, several issues cropped up that lead to the halting of the entire process. Reportedly, the fresh move will be initiated to fill up the critical posts but it may take more time than the usual in view of 2024 General Elections being in the process and sue to the vacant position of Secretary, MoHUA who is also the Chairman of DMRC.
