New Delhi (07.04.21): Vikas Singh (IAS:2010:TR) was on Wednesday appointed as Commissioner, Land Management and Vineet Jain (IRPS:2006) as Commissioner, Personnel, in the Delhi Development Authority under Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for a period of four years.
