North Central Railway (Allahabad) gets its new Chief Public Relations Officer. Vijay Kumar (1997:IRTS) succeeds Naveen Babu as new CPRO. Naveen Babu is further promoted to the post of Chief Engineer of Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation. Prior to this new assignment as CPRO, Vijay Kumar served with NCR as Senior Manager, Traffic.
