The secretary of tourism, culture, civil aviation, and CEO of Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board and Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority, Dilip Jawalkar is given the additional charge of Garhwal commissioner. Chief electoral officer and secretary of election and finance, Sowjanya is the new secretary of women empowerment and child development. Rural Engineering Services and labor secretary Harbans Singh Chugh is made the secretary of cane-sugar. Secretary (in-charge) of mining, Brijesh Kumar Sant has been relieved of this charge and handed the responsibilities of secretary (in-charge) sports/youth welfare and director of sports and youth welfare. In addition to this existing responsibilities, secretary (in-charge) Ranjit Kumar Sinha has been given Panchayati Raj and the post of chief project director/project coordinator of ILSP, project director of UGVS and the additional charge of project coordinator/CPD. The Dehradun district magistrate SA Murugesan has been made secretary (in-charge) of disaster management, director of audit, project director- externally funded projects-2, additional CEO of State Disaster Management Authority, programme manager, PIU, public buildings, UDRP-World Bank, PM, PIU, construction of SDRF HQ, UDRP-II programme manager, PIU (road and bridge). C Ravishankar has been relieved of his responsibilities as SIIDCUL MD, additional secretary of tourism and culture, and additional CEO of UTDB. He has been made the Dehradun DM. Banshidhar Tiwari has been made the vice chairman of district-level development authority of Udham Singh Nagar and Kashipur municipal commissioner. DK Tiwari has been made additional secretary of animal husbandry and fishery, UN Pande has been given the responsibility of additional secretary labor and cooperatives registrar, PS Shah has been made additional secretary, secretariat administration and MD of Uttarakhand sugar federation, AK Pandey has been transferred from the post of Haridwar municipal commissioner and made joint chief administrator of Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority while US Rana has been made Haridwar municipal commissioner. AK Chanyal has been made the Chamoli deputy collector.
