New Delhi (28.10.2021): The latest appointment and selection orders are as follows;

  • Justice (Retd.) Ashok Bhushan, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, was appointed as Chairperson, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) for a period of 04 or till he attains the age of 70 years.

  • Justice (Retd.) Ramalingam Sudhakar, former Chief Justice of Manipur High Court, was appointed as President, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for a period of 05 years or till he attains the age of 67 years.
  • Rakesh Mohan (IA&AS:1987) was appointed as Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Govt of India. He may take charge on November 01, 2021. 
  • Himanshu Sharma (IAS:2011:BH) was appointed as Private Secretary to Dr Jitendra Singh; Union Minister of State (I/C) in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions for a period of five years.
  • The President of India appointed Satyabrata Kumar (IRS C&IT:2004) as Additional Director of Enforcement, on a deputation basis for the period of four years. Presently, he is working as Joint Director, ED (Mumbai).

  • Sudhir Kumar Tyagi (IRTS) was given the additional charge of the post of Principal Executive Director (Vigilance) Railway Board vice R K Jha (IRSE). Presently, Tyagi is working as ED, Vigilance (Traffic) in the Railway Board. 

  • The public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) selected Kalasani Mohan Reddy for the post of Director (Planning & Projects ), NLC India Limited. Altogether, nine candidates appeared before PESB in a selection interview. Presently, Reddy is Chief Executive Officer, NLC India Limited.

  • Ms Renue Sharma (IAS:1988:UT) has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Mizoram w.e.f 01.11.2021. The outgoing CS Ms Lalnunmawia Chuaungo (IAS:1987:GJ) is retiring on 31.10.2021.

  • Atul Kumar Thakur (IPS:2008:AGMUT) was inducted as Superintendent of Police (SP) in CBI for a period of four years.

  • Tenure of Daljeet Singh (IPS:2007:BH), SP in CBI, was extended for a period of one more year beyond 11.05.2021 and up to 11.05.2022 (6 years in total)

  • Rajesh Pradhan (IPS:2003:MH) was appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in CBI for a period of five years.
