President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday effected a major reshuffle of gubernatorial assignments in seven states. Ruling out the speculations over Rajeev Mehrishi (CAG) he appointed Bihar Governor Satya Pal Malik as the Governor of J&K replacing N N Vohra who held the post for more than ten years. Apart from J&K the changes were also made to the states of Haryana, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim and.
