Immediately after the premature repatriation of Dr. D K Bhalla (IAS:1986:NL), speculations started doing the rounds for the possible reasons. Bhalla served as Secretary, Lok Sabha Secretariat, but on Monday he was prematurely repatriated to his cadre state.
Indianmandarins has reliably learnt that Dr Bhalla may be made the Chief Secretary of Nagaland. The incumbent CS Pankaj Kumar (IAS:1987:NL) may be brought to the Centre as an Additional Secretary.
