Anuj Kumar Bishnoi (IAS:1981:UP) has been appointed as Secretary, Dept of Fertilizers. Currently, he is working as Secretary, Min of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
He will succeed Jugal Kishore Mohapatra (IAS:1979:OR).
