Rajasthan Chief Secretary: Swarup’s tenure may be extended

5409As Indianmandarins had reported first (Report dated 29.09.2020) the Ashok Gehlot Government is expected to announce the tenure of Rajeev Swarup (IAS:1985:RJ). The state government may announce three months extension in Swarup’s term of service; a day before his retirement (i.e. 31.10.20200. Centre’s consent it yet awaited. It may be mentioned that he was appointed as CS vice Devendra Bhushan Gupta (IAS:1983:RJ) on 03 July 2020; four months ahead of his superannuation. ALSO READ:
