Dalit leader and former Union minister of State for Women and Child Development Krishna Tirath joins BJP on Monday.
She met Amit Shah today at 11 Ashok Road the BJP headquarters. The BJP is not leaving any stone unturned for winning Delhi polls. But this could be a big blow to the Congress.
‘My role in the party will be decided by Amit Shah, but I will work for the people,’ Tirath said after meeting the BJP chief.
‘Energy shouldn’t be wasted, I am here to work for people’s well-being,’ says Krishna Tirath on joining BJP. She slams Congress and says that at present there is no discipline in Congress. We will work for “Congress-Mukt Bharat” and for women and youth.’
